Job Description

Our client, a well-established, Chartered and independently owned wealth planning firm with offices across Kent is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to support its continued growth.

With significant assets under management, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, long-term advice. Many client relationships span over 20 years, reflecting a genuine commitment to client care and continuity. The client base is diverse, including HNW individuals, retirees, accumulators, families, and SME owners.

The firm provides holistic, whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and cashflow modelling. Chartered status and multiple industry awards highlight its commitment to technical excellence and professionalism.

The Opportunity

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded Financial Adviser who is motivated to grow. While there is an existing client base, there is a strong emphasis on business development - attending networking events, conferences and building new relationships to expand the firm's presence across the region.

You will be supported by a well-structured and collaborative team, including a paraplanning and administration function. The business actively supports ongoing professional development, including CPD and further qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Developing new business through networking and professional connections
  • Working closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm

About You

  • Experienced Financial Adviser, ideally from an independent/whole-of-market background
  • Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
  • Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Chartered status, or working towards it, would be advantageous

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to £120,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent bonus scheme
  • Company pension
  • Death in Service
  • Income Protection
  • Medical Cash Plan
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join a highly regarded and growing firm where you can make a genuine impact and build a long-term career.
