Financial Administrator London (Hybrid) Up to £35,000
Ready to do more than just push paper? Good - because this role actually means something.
A thriving London wealth management firm is on the lookout for a sharp, ambitious Financial Administrator to join a team that genuinely invests in its people. If you've got around two years in financial services admin, a solid grasp of pensions and investments, and you're already chipping away at your RO exams - keep reading.
What you'll be doing:
You won't be invisible here. You'll be right in the heart of the advice process - keeping things moving, keeping things accurate, and making sure clients get the slick, professional experience they expect. Day to day, that looks like:
Processing new business, fund switches and LOAs
Preparing review packs and supporting adviser meetings
Liaising with providers and clients to push cases forward
Keeping client records clean and compliant
Managing review workflows and owning your actions through to completion
Pitching in with month-end reporting and team coordination
What's in it for you:
This isn't a faceless corporate conveyor belt. It's a well-run, people-first firm where your input is noticed. After your first year, you'll start picking up more technical work and complex cases - real progression, not just a promise of it. There's also increased earning potential as you develop, and a team culture that's professional without taking itself too seriously.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Around 1-2 years' experience in a financial services admin role
A good understanding of pensions and investments
Started (or planning to start) your RO exams - this will be supported
Sharp attention to detail - accuracy is everything here
Confidence with Word and Excel; Intelligent Office is a bonus
A calm, organised head and the ability to manage your own workload
Sounds like your kind of move?
