Butler Rose is partnering with our large Facilities Management client based in London to recruit a Financial Accountant to join a newly formed Facilities Compliance division. This is a six months temporary role, offering hybrid working and paying up to £350 per day via Umbrella company.
The role is highly hands-on and suits a confident, inquisitive newly qualified accountant (ideally Big 4 / Top 10 trained) who can quickly pick up complexity, work in an unstructured environment, and take ownership from day one.
SAP experience is highly desirable, with HFM advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on journals, reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Balance sheet controls, intercompany and fixed assets
- Support HFM reporting, SAP integration and statutory reporting
- Assist audit, VAT, tax packs and compliance requirements
- Maintain strong controls framework and resolve issues proactively
- Work closely with finance teams across the division and group
- Newly qualified, ideally Big 4 / Top 10 audit background
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (debits & credits)
- Analytical, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- SAP essential; HFM beneficial
