Job Description
Aglobal international law firmwith a growing and dynamic Dublin office is seeking aNewly Qualified Financial Accountantto join its high-performing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to gain broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, and regulatory compliance within a leading professional services environment. You will work closely with senior finance leadership locally, while also collaborating with international teams across the UK and a Global Services Centre.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of financial operations and providing commercial insights to the business. This is a varied position offering strong development and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Support financial reporting, including management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, including journals and reconciliations
  • Partner with stakeholders to monitor costs and support financial decision-making
  • Analyse key financial metrics including billing, revenue and cash performance
  • Support billing processes and ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements
  • Assist with VAT, VIES and other regulatory filings
  • Liaise with auditors and support audit processes
  • Work closely with international finance teams and shared service functions

About You

  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a professional services or international environment is an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present data
  • Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
