Reed Accountancy is delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant to join its finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant seeking a varied role with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Working within a collaborative finance function, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial information is accurate, robust, and supports effective decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, analysis, and reconciliations.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Monitor financial performance and investigate variances.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
- Support process improvements and finance projects.
About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or studying towards qualification.
- Experience in a Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Audit, compliance, or financial controls experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
