Financial Accountant

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - 6 month Fixed Term ContractAn opportunity for a technically strong accountant to join a growing business with an international footprint.This 6 month contract will support the Reporting Team for this complex, multi-entity, multi-currency structure. Duties will include:

• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and support external audits across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with global finance colleague and external stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide accurate reconciliations, analysis, and reporting to support financial decision-making and compliance
• Contribute to daily treasury operations, including cash management, fund transfers, and currency transactions across multiple entities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified with a sound technical accounting base and a methodical approach (ideal background would be practice/accounts prep)
• Practical experience in statutory reporting and financial statement preparation, up to date knowledge of reporting standards
• Well organised and systematic with a keen eye for detail.
• Given the hybrid working arrangements you must be a self-starter/able to work autonomously but with a communicative and collaborative approach.
