We are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems Lead to support the delivery of strategic finance initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This is a high-profile role, reporting to the Head of Finance Systems and Change, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements across finance systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support finance transformation and process improvement projects from planning through to delivery
• Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across finance systems and workflows
• Engage and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business
• Support UAT and pre-production testing for key finance initiatives
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and access management processes
• Analyse end-to-end data flows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing and future change programmes

About You:

• 5+ years experience
• Strong background in finance transformation, audit, and controls
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
