Job Description

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts monthly
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control team members
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Team Leader should have:

• Experience in producing month end management accounts
• Experience in leading a small finance team
• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
