for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer: an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

RAL: 34000€ - 40000€

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team.

This role is essential in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities, contributing significantly to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making processes of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, support the development of financial forecasts and budgets, and conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.

This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, fostering a comprehensive understanding of financial impacts across the organization.

Additionally, the specialist will play a strategic role in the finance systems transformation, leading specific workstreams to transition to new systems and ensuring continuity and accuracy of both financial and non-financial information.

Qualifications / Requirements

• proven experience in financial planning and analysis;
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
• excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• experience with financial systems and transformation projects;
• the ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
