Finance Solicitor

We are hiring for our client, a top-tier law firm, to recruit a Finance Lawyer - General Finance to join a market-leading finance practice in Ireland. This Finance Lawyer - General Finance role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex, high-value finance transactions in the market, advising a broad client base that includes domestic and international financial institutions, alternative lenders, investment funds and corporate borrowers.

The successful Finance Lawyer - General Finance will join a highly collaborative and fast-paced team, gaining exposure across a wide range of finance mandates while benefiting from excellent technical development and long-term career progression.

The Role

• Exposure to headline finance transactions across multiple sectors

• High levels of partner access and client engagement

• Broad technical development across general finance

The Person

• 1-3 years' relevant Finance PQE

• Strong technical foundation with commercial awareness

• Ambitious, motivated and thrives in a collaborative environment

• Salary range €80,000 - €100,000

• Assist with loan portfolio sales

• Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' relevant finance experience

• Strong academic background and attention to detail

• Commercially astute with excellent communication skills

• Team-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
