Job Description
Position Summary

The Finance Project Manager will lead Munters' strategic transformation initiatives, primarily focusing on the global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) program. The key initiative involves implementing DCTOne - a unified ERP platform backed by harmonized, standardized end-to-end business processes across all regions. The role requires strong leadership, disciplined execution, and effective governance to ensure successful adoption and long term business value.

Core Responsibilities
  • Planning & Coordination - develop and maintain detailed workstream and sub project plans, coordinate activities within the finance workstream, manage dependencies and priorities, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management - act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, build relationships with functional and regional teams, and ensure stakeholder requirements and operational needs are understood, validated, and incorporated into solution design.
  • Scope & Requirements Management - support requirements gathering, process validation, and scope definition; collaborate with Super Users, Local Process Owners, and Application Specialists to translate business requirements into scalable system functionality.
  • Risk & Issue Management - identify, assess, and manage workstream level risks and issues; escalate critical risks or blockers to project leadership and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Resource Oversight - monitor resource allocation, capacity, and utilization; support resource planning and coordinate adjustments to staffing needs.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance - support the planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect management, issue resolution, retesting, and validation of corrective actions.
  • Change Management - act as a change ambassador, promote awareness, support training coordination and communication efforts, and drive successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in large scale transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross functional teams, driving collaboration, and delivering measurable business results on high impact projects.
  • ERP and Transformation: Hands on experience with ERP platforms and implementation projects across multiple business functions; experience supporting operational transformation initiatives, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of finance processes and how they integrate into the broader business perspective.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong planning, coordination, organizational and execution capabilities; ability to manage scope, timelines, priorities, and resources in a fast paced environment; demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive progress without direct reporting authority; facilitation, workshop, and stakeholder meeting skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities; balanced strategic and operational thinking.
  • Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Location

The preferred location is Cork, Ireland. The role follows a hybrid working model with an expectation of up to three days per week in the office.

Travel Requirement

International travel up to 30% is required to support global program execution and stakeholder engagement.
