Finance Officer

A prestigious company based in Warwickshire are seeking a Finance Officer to join their team. This is a hybrid role work 35 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's financial health, while developing valuable skills and building a foundation for future growth within the finance team.As the Finance Officer you will:

• Be responsible for all income and expenditure transactions for the business.
• Oversee end to end supplier payment process.
• Support daily, weekly and month-end cash and bank processes, working closely with the financial accounting team.
• Administrate insurance policy documentations, liaise with broker and coordinate annual renewals.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication skills both internally and externally.
• Supervise a small team.
• Able to act as key point of contact for all transactional financial related queries.

We are looking for a Finance Officer with:

• A strong understanding of finance operations.
• Experience supervising transactional finance function.
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.

In return you will receive a salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum plus pension, healthcare, discount on products / tickets to shows.
