Finance Manager, Controllership - Romanian & English Hybrid

EXL is recruiting a Finance Manager, Controllership with fluency in Romanian and English for our Dublin, Ireland operations. This permanent role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and focuses on Romania and Bulgaria in the EMEA region.

You will oversee accounting, statutory reporting, compliance, and controllership activities, liaising with local finance teams, external advisors, auditors, and EXL's global finance organisation.
