£60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus and potential study support

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to report directly to the Finance Director and take ownership of the month-end accounts for a £20m turnover business. With projected growth to £40m over the next few years, the role offers significant scope for professional development and increased responsibility.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising one member of staff
• Producing monthly management accounts for the Finance Director to review
• Providing commentary and analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Profit and loss accounts
• Setting budgets
• Variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
• CIS reporting
• Oversee the transactional side of finance to include sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger

Key requirements:

• Experience of working at a similar level would be beneficial however you will receive training to be able to fulfil the complete job role
• You must have experience of using an ERP system
• Experience of working within a SME would be beneficial
• Strong user of Excel and ideally a reporting tool
• This role would suit someone at any level of ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT studies or qualified by experience
