Finance Manager - WIP, Revenue & PE-Backed Leadership

Airedale Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small finance team in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment. You will own month-end close for project-based entities, manage WIP, deferred income and contract revenue recognition, and translate financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.

You will strengthen controls, drive improvements, and partner with senior stakeholders while supporting junior staff through their qualifications.
