Finance Lawyer 5+ PQE

The Firm:
A leading commercial law firm, specializing in advising businesses across sectors such as fintech, media, technology, travel, retail, and leisure, is recruiting for a Finance Lawyer 6+ PQE to join their industry-leading team in City.

About The Role:
You will advise lending platforms on consumer and corporate products, as well as debt funding lines, servicing fintech start-ups, growth-stage companies, scale-ups, and financial institutions.

Your responsibilities will include a broad range of finance work, such as consumer credit, structured finance, asset-based lending, real estate finance, and corporate banking.

About You:
You will have over 6 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a finance role, gained from a leading city practice.
Experience in servicing clients in the fintech industry is required; an interest in working in this sector is desirable.
