Finance Intern - MFS Netherlands

The Financial Administrator is part of the Finance Department and is hierarchically led by the Financial Manager.

Description of the position as intern Financial Administration

Tasks & Responsibilities (AP/GL)

• Assist the accounting team with daily processing of Local Bank Account Reconciliation of RCI including Direct Debits and manual payments, managing the bank statements of the company, lettering/matching of invoices against outgoing/incoming payments.
• Assist with the accounts Payables and receivables (AP/AR) process of the Company including coding and booking of invoices according to the assigned cost centers.
• Assist in the month end closing process i.e., follow-up on other ad hoc requests.
• Assist with Regulatory activities such as VAT filing preparatory report.

Reconciliation/Internal Control

• Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts.
• Archiving all manual postings and other relevant documents for internal control.

What we are looking for

• Enthusiastic person
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and willingness to learn
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Fluent in both English language in word and writing, Dutch is a plus!

• Has a good command of the MS Office package;
• Has a fluent command of English language, Dutch is a plus;
