Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our financial processes are optimized and aligned with our business objectives. You will have a chance to work with various interesting projects including multiple S/4HANA projects.• Act as SAP subject matter expert in Finance. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO module.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other modules and systems.• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.• Understand finance business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape our ERP landscape.• Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee projects.• Build effective two-way communication with the internal customers to continually improve systems and ensure customer satisfaction.• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and developments, including changes in business processes. E.g. stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and functionalities.• Lead a team of FICO consultants.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Process Improvement & Optimization skills
• Project Management skills
• Leadership skills
• SAP certification is an advantage
