Finance Director - SaaS scaleup - London Hybrid working - WFH + City (3 days) £140k - £160k + share options

Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a high-growth SaaS scaleup who have doubled their headcount and revenues from this time last year. Based right on the edge of The City and within a very short walking distance to Shoreditch, location couldn't be better!

In what is a newly created role, you'll take the reigns on owning financial reporting and control, working closely with an elite CFO.

• Continue to evolve key financial processes and controls, whilst implementing AI tools for automation purposes
• Deliver the monthly board pack including consolidated management accounts and KPI reporting
• Own statutory reporting, audit and international tax work
• Lead the day to day finance function
• Develop, mentor and in time grow the finance function further (across financial control, transactional finance / FinOps)

Profile:

• Big 4 ACA qualified
• High growth, VC backed tech experience (ideally SaaS however flexible)
• Experienced with building best-in class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
• Strong people management skills, including advising, challenging and influencing stakeholders (C Suite, Founder, Board)
• International experience (US ideally)
