Finance Data and Reporting Engineer - 6+ months

I'm supporting a global client in Poland and looking for a Finance Data & Reporting Engineer. If you're passionate about automating reporting, improving financial processes, and building scalable data architecture, this role offers major impact across global functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation of financial dashboards and reporting in Power BI
• Design and maintain data quality frameworks (mapping, validation, cleansing)
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned data flows
• Own the project life cycle for finance data initiatives
• Improve financial planning & reporting processes, especially around Innovation
• Support adoption through training, communication, and change management

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience with Power BI automation linked to SAP/Oracle EPM/data lakes
• 4+ years in FP&A or finance transformation
• Strong financial systems knowledge and cross-functional project leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English
• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
