The Role:

As a Senior Controller, your mission is to lead the delivery of accurate, high-quality financial information to support strategic decision-making.

You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting and accounting processes, while acting as a strategic partner to the business, driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of the company's accounting and tax function, ensuring all financial records are accurate and complete;
• Guarantee the integrity, quality, and reliability of financial information across the organization;
• Work closely with the CFO, providing accurate and insightful financial reporting to support decision-making;
• Lead and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings;
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements;
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and tax processes, driving efficiency and accuracy;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;
• Guide, mentor, and support the accounting team.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or audit, within a fast-paced consulting environment;
• Strong expertise in financial controlling, reporting, and accounting standards;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive better decision-making;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex financial information clearly;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
