The Role:
As a Senior Controller, your mission is to lead the delivery of accurate, high-quality financial information to support strategic decision-making.
You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting and accounting processes, while acting as a strategic partner to the business, driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of the company's accounting and tax function, ensuring all financial records are accurate and complete;
- Guarantee the integrity, quality, and reliability of financial information across the organization;
- Work closely with the CFO, providing accurate and insightful financial reporting to support decision-making;
- Lead and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings;
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements;
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting and tax processes, driving efficiency and accuracy;
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;
- Guide, mentor, and support the accounting team.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or audit, within a fast-paced consulting environment;
- Strong expertise in financial controlling, reporting, and accounting standards;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus;
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive better decision-making;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex financial information clearly;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
