Job Description

Finance Consultant (Interim)

Location: TR1 - Truro
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: £435.40 per day

Start: Monday 13th July

End: Friday 2nd October

We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to support the delivery of a large transformation programme.

You'll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, coordinating teams, overseeing governance, managing risks and keeping delivery on track. You'll work with a range of stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, ensuring programme objectives are met.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme from start to finish.
  • Turning strategic objectives into practical delivery plans, timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring they all move in the same direction.
  • Managing programme governance, including risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
  • Working closely with specialist teams to keep projects aligned and progressing.
  • Providing clear updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Tracking benefits throughout the programme and ensuring objectives are achieved.
  • Creating a collaborative environment where teams can deliver their best work.
What we're looking for

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You'll have excellent organisational skills, know how to build strong relationships, and be confident managing competing priorities.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Significant experience delivering large and complex transformation programmes.
  • A strong background in programme and change management.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams at the same time.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to work confidently in environments where priorities can evolve.
  • Experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams, including digital, operational, commercial or analytical functions.
