Job Description
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to key decision-makers.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
