Job Description

• Drive financial understanding and accountability across the business
• Support strategic decision making with robust financial data
• Provide financial analysis and insight into business performance
• Partner with the business to drive cost efficiency and business growth
• Ensure financial controls are in place and compliance with financial regulations
• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting process
• Lead financial projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

• Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Worked in a similar Finance Business Partner role
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior roles in Retail/FMCG industry
• Ability to work in a team and foster collaboration
• Proven track record of driving business performance
