Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting while supporting project performance across a portfolio of FM healthcare contracts. Key responsibilities include:
- Production of monthly management accounts in line with internal policies and IFRS standards
- Supporting project teams with financial analysis, performance reviews, and variance reporting
- Monitoring contract KPIs, profitability, cash flow and cost performance to drive improved outcomes
- Leading and coordinating the quarterly forecasting cycle, providing key financial insights
- Supporting the preparation of reporting packs for senior stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within management and financial accounting
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence and support business performance
- Proven experience improving processes and financial systems
- Previous experience within PFI projects and a strong understanding of PFI contractual frameworks
