Finance Business Partner - 6 month FTC

Eutopia Search is working on behalf of a forward-leaning organisation in the digital commerce space to appoint a Finance Business partner on a 6 Month fixed term-contract, to support the Finance Function in a group-wide central cost role.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on meaningful financial responsibility in a complex business environment. You'll be a key voice in monitoring internal spending, improving oversight of cross-functional budgets, and shaping smarter financial operations alongside senior leaders.

Key Focus Areas

• Maintain oversight of shared cost categories and intercompany recharges, ensuring integrity in analysis and reporting
• Act as a financial liaison to senior teams, offering clarity on expenditure trends and helping influence smarter budgetary decisions
• Collaborate with HR to track cost distribution across teams, aligning headcount movements with financial forecasts
• Work closely with department heads to ensure forecasting accuracy and identify areas of financial risk or opportunity
• Assist in modernising internal processes and improving reporting tools in partnership with the Finance Manager
• Contribute to the creation of financial frameworks and models that help simplify cost analysis and enhance reporting transparency
• Promote smarter financial routines and support operational improvements across key reporting areas

What You'll Bring

• Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven experience in commercial or operational finance
• Solid grounding in cost planning, forecasting, and financial oversight within a business environment
• Able to manage deadlines and projects without close supervision, whilst maintaining stakeholder confidence.
