Think Business Loans is Bionic's specialist business finance team. We help small and medium-sized businesses across the UK access fast, flexible funding so they can grow, invest, and thrive.

We are expanding and hiring Commercial Finance Brokers to join our growing team across our offices in London and Chelmsford. If you are confident, consultative, and motivated by helping customers, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What you will be doing:

• Speaking with business owners to understand their funding needs
• Matching clients with tailored unsecured loan products from our panel of lenders
• Negotiating the best loan terms by working directly with funding partners
• Managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and convert leads
• Meeting performance targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
• Building long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Training and development:

We have partnered with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) to offer tailored broker training. You will work toward achieving the Certificate in Commercial Finance Broking (CertCFB), a respected qualification that builds your industry credibility and career prospects.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a sales, business development, or financial services role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A consultative, customer-first approach to sales
• Motivation to hit targets and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly
  

It would be great if you also have:

• Knowledge of SME lending or commercial finance
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and working in a regulated environment
• Experience in financial services, banking, or loan advisory

This is an experienced position within the THINK Finance Sales Team based in Chelmsford or London with opportunity for hybrid working once onboarding is completed (c 3 months).
