Job Description
An opportunity for a Finance Assistant has arisen in Great Yarmouth, working with a highly successful, historical business.Working with a great team of people, this varied role will involve the followings tasks:
  • Credit control duties
  • Raising Invoices both Weekly & Monthly
  • Assess all customers regularly for risk of bad debt and report concerns to the Finance Management Team.
  • Keep the aged debt within the terms laid out by the directors each year.
  • Provide relevant information to the Management Accountant to assist with the month end process.
  • Processing Direct Debit Collections
  • Ensure receipts are allocated correctly and reconciled.
  • Building good relationships with customers and being the main point of contact for all customer issues
  • Running reports, reconciliation and completing basic data analysis.
