Position name: Finance and Administration Lead
Time commitment: 32 hours per week (80%)
Contract type: 12 months fixed term, renewable
Location: Rotterdam with hybrid working option
Main purpose: Responsible for (financial) administration, operational and fundraising support
Reporting to: Co-Director
Annual fulltime salary: € 46,000 - € 53,000 (for 100% FTE) gross (depending on experience)
With staff and offices in the Netherlands and the UK, ISI is incorporated as a foundation in the Netherlands. Given the nature of this particular job, candidates need to be Netherlands-based.

JOB PURPOSE

You will help guide and support colleagues, enhance systems, and uphold the operational backbone of an ambitious, purpose-driven organisation. As Finance and Administration Lead, you are responsible for ISI's (financial) administration as well as operational and fundraising support, ensuring compliance with (local) legislation and donor requirements. You will also support ISI's Co-Directors, Board and programme leads by supplying up-to-date financial information and expert advice to enable sound decision-making on organisational commitments and sustainability.
The role can broadly be divided as follows:
• General Administration, logistical support and financial oversight - 60%
• Institutional Responsibilities - 20%
