Job Description
Finance Administrator £14.50-£16 per hour Full-time Hybrid working 3 months initially
You will be an experienced Administrator who has previous experience working within a finance function. Ideally, you will have dealt with invoicing in the past and have a good working knowledge of Excel. You will enjoy working as part of a team and must display exemplary attitudes and behaviours at all times.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid between £14.5 - £16 per hour inclusive of holiday pay and will work between 32-37.5 hours per week. You will be able to work from home up to 3 times per week upon completion of your training, which will last between 1 to 4 weeks. The role is for 3 months initially and may be extended dependent on business needs/performance. You will work in a state-of-the-art office in Preston and parking is available on site.

Are you currently looking for a new opportunity? We're recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join a large social housing organisation based in Preston.
Your new role
As part of a large and supportive finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in a professional and timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out a range of administrative duties, including some invoice processing
- Working with bespoke finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Supporting the wider finance function with day-to-day tasks
- Updating systems - data integrity and data manipulation
- Working to tight deadlines at month end
