What you'll be doing
  • Managing daily cash listings and banking administration
  • Supporting sales and purchase ledger processes
  • Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with month end sales ledger procedures
  • Processing client transfers and file uploads
  • Coordinating and delegating tasks across the team
  • Supporting with ad hoc administration tasks as required
  • Managing workloads effectively within a busy office environment
Must haves
  • Previous experience within client administration or finance administration
  • Intermediate or above knowledge of Xero
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • High attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
  • Experience reconciling accounts
  • Positive, proactive, team focused attitude
Nice to haves
  • Experience working within a financial or collections environment
  • Previous experience supporting or coordinating team workloads

This role is fully office based in Cheltenham

Hours are 37.5 per week
