Final Mile Courier Operations Specialist

Evri Group in Gloucester/Tewkesbury is seeking a Courier Service Specialist to be on-site and keep our Delivery Unit running smoothly. You will support couriers, ensure parcels are ready for collection, and resolve issues as they arise, day by day.

You'll monitor performance, escalate when needed, and provide valuable feedback to the Territory Manager. A current UK driving licence and understanding of the self-employed courier model are essential, along with a sharp, customer focused mindset.
