Final Mile Courier Operations Specialist

Evri Group is hiring a Courier Service Specialist at our Iver site, reporting to the Delivery Unit leadership. You will be the on-site champion, supporting and guiding couriers, ensuring parcels are ready for collection, and maintaining efficiency, compliance and reliable service.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing activity, resolving issues before escalation, and providing operational feedback to optimise performance.
