Job Description
Field Technical Services Engineer - Nottingham 
Based: Nottingham (NG Postcodes)
Department: ICT Service & Support
Reporting to: Regional Service Manager
Contract: Permanent
The role involves providing technical assistance to assigned KYOCERA Managed Document Services accounts within timescales specified by SLAs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to assigned Kyocera accounts within SLAs
- Investigating and rectifying faults reported by KMDS and channel partner end users
- Performing device installation, routine maintenance, and updates as required
- Understanding and adhering to SLAs for assigned accounts
- Carrying out basic fault finding and understanding solutions in use
- Backing up colleagues during absences or busy periods
- Logging call details accurately within specified timescales
- Reporting recurring faults for proactive management
- Sharing expertise and technical information with team members
- Building relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
- Maintaining stock levels at sites
- Attending product training to stay current
- Adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and core values
- Performing any additional technical support tasks as directed
