Location: Netherlands with frequent travel Worldwide

Experience: From junior to Senior and from Electrical to Mechanical.

Are you ready to be part of this transformation? In this position you will become part of our Dutch team of Field Service & Commissioning Engineers. We work the forefront of technical innovation, troubleshooting complex propulsion systems, and delivering exceptional service worldwide. You will have the chance to work on a wide variety of projects from complete commissioning and installation to service, maintenance and repair. Our portfolio consists of Controllable Pitch Propellers, Gearboxes, Water Jets, and Thrusters.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

• Provide hands-on technical expertise and troubleshooting for ship propulsion systems. With a focus on electronics and controls or mechanical.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, fine-tuning, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of propulsion systems.
• Execute complex repairs, overhauls, installations, and commissioning activities both independently and with teams.
• Act as a Technical Expert, supporting customers and engineers in the field and ensuring smooth service execution.
• Work closely with Service Coordinators and clients, taking ownership of final reporting and technical documentation.
• Travel extensively worldwide (approximately 170 days per year) to deliver expert service on-site.

What you bring to the team:

• Technical knowledge and experience in any domain of Field Service Engineering within the maritime industry, machine building, oil & gas, or similar.
• The ability to work independently during complex service operations.
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
