Job Description

Here's your chance to Join Sidel as field service engineer. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with SIDEL one of the largest and expert in Food and Beverage Packaging, Manufacturing, System Engineering, High Tech, and high-speed Filling and Blowing machine.

Your Mission

As a Field Service Technician at Sidel, you will playa vital role in the successful installation, qualification, and testing ofequipment, ensuring that our products meet customer expectations. You'll be atthe forefront of ensuring compliance with all technical, contractual, andsafety specifications throughout each intervention, ensuring seamlessoperations and customer satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Installationand Qualification: Perform the installation, testing, and qualification ofequipment, ensuring smooth operations and final customer acceptance.
  • ComplianceManagement: Guarantee that all equipment complies with technical,contractual, and safety specifications, adhering to industry standards andcompany requirements.
  • OperationalSupport: Operate mechanical systems and HMIs for routine tasks andtroubleshooting, always following standard operating procedures foroptimal efficiency.
  • ElectricalWork: Carry out necessary electrical tasks to ensure equipment functionsas required.
    Non-ConformityManagement: Identify and resolve any non-conformities, ensuring properhandling and thorough documentation of each issue.
  • TechnicalReporting: Prepare comprehensive progress and technical reports outliningthe work performed and any important findings.
  • CustomerSatisfaction: Play an active role in maintaining a high level ofsatisfaction for both internal and external customers, fostering long-termrelationships built on trust and reliability.
Your Profile

RequiredExperience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum5 years of experience in field services, ideally within the beverageindustry.
  • Strongbackground in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledgeof PLC systems (Siemens, B&R, ELAU) is a strong advantage.
  • Experiencewith Sidel equipment, including blowing, filling, and labeling machines ishighly desirable.Language

LanguageRequirements:

  • Fluencyin English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time, bothdomestically and internationally.
