As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering technical excellence. Your role will encompass providing comprehensive support for a diverse range of electrical and mechanical medical equipment. From fault diagnosis to repair, preventative maintenance, and customer training, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Empower Yourself: Take charge of providing technical support for electrical/mechanical medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Deliver Impact: Engage in fault diagnosis, repair, preventative maintenance, and installation activities, both on-site and remotely.
- Build Connections: Represent Roche Diagnostics with professionalism and integrity at client sites, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Make a Difference: Collaborate with customers in NHS/University laboratories and private service providers to enhance their operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Engineer with a proven track record in servicing high-value capital equipment.
- Equivalent qualification to an HNC/HND level or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
- Possess a confident working approach and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to build productive relationships and navigate complex matrix environments with ease.
