• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year (dependent on experience and hours worked)

Role Overview

The Selection Partnership Ltd. is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across the West Midlands. This hands-on role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining forklift trucks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to forklift breakdowns and perform repairs and routine servicing
• Provide technical support and face-to-face customer service
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in forklift repair and maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• High attention to detail, flexibility, and professionalism
• Fully equipped company van and fuel card
• Company mobile phone
• This role does not offer visa sponsorship
