We're looking for ambitious, high-energy Field Sales Representatives to represent Ireland's No.1 Telecoms brand, bringing Gigabit Fibre broadband to homes across your assigned territory. This is a role for self-starters who thrive on independence, performance, and reward. You'll be on the road, in control of your own success, and backed by a brand customers know and trust.

A full clean manual EU/Irish driver's licence is essential, as you will manage your own sales territory.

What We Offer
  • Basic salary from 30k to 32k
  • €1,000 signing bonus(paid after successfully completing the Induction)

What You'll Do
  • Represent EIR as the trusted face of the brand in your territory
  • Engage homeowners through professional, consultative conversations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right broadband solutions
  • Confidently handle objections and turn conversations into sales
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every doorstep
  • Develop expert product knowledge to position solutions effectively
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Contribute to a competitive, supportive team environment
Your profile
  • A strong desire to achieve - and exceed - ambitious sales targets
  • Confidence in face-to-face selling and relationship building
  • Resilience, drive, and a results-focused mindsetThe ability to listen actively and provide tailored solutions
  • Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong self-motivation and organisational skills
  • A valid manual EU/Irish driver's licence
  • Previous door-to-door sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge of telecommunications (beneficial but not required)
