Job Description
Field Sales Executive, Dublin (12 month FTC)

Commercial

Dublin - Main Office

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo's marketplace-shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand-this is the team for you.

We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Dublin team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you'll help us build relationships with new restaurant partners across the region, improving our proposition for customers and identifying ways to continue our fast growth.

Get to know our Commercial team - what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Regional UK and Ireland team. The Regional UK and Ireland team drives Deliveroo's performance across local markets, focusing on signing the best restaurant selection and expanding our footprint within the region.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

Drive regional restaurant acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value restaurant partners across Greater Dublin and surrounding regions to expand our local market selection.

Execute strategic business development: Engage with independent restaurants via physical visits, emails, calls, and social platforms to demonstrate the commercial value of Deliveroo's technology.

Own the commercial onboarding journey: Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure it is fast, efficient, and seamless for new partners.

Secure early partner success: Actively support and monitor new restaurant performance within their first eight weeks on the platform to maximise their long-term growth.

Act as a local territory expert: Build deep insight into the regional food scene, travelling across Greater Dublin and areas like Kildare, Portlaoise, and Drogheda to identify key brands that local customers crave.

What You'll Need to Thrive

Proven new business acquisition: Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of actively targeting new business, hunting out hidden gems, and delivering against demanding targets.

Commercial negotiation skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle negotiations, understand marketplace economics, and structure profitable, sustainable deals.

Effective communication: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across face-to-face, telephone, and written channels.

Autonomy and field-based resilience: A self-motivated, tenacious approach with the ability to work independently and spend significant time out on the road meeting prospects.

Mobility requirement: Possession of a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle to facilitate travel across the region.

Nice to Have

Industry sector knowledge: Deep interest in hospitality and food delivery, with the ability to demonstrate product and industry insights to prospective clients.
