Field Sales Executive

JOB TITLE: Field Sales

LOCATION: Maidstone

SALARY: GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)

Realistic OTE GBP90,000 (totally uncapped). Top earners in excess of GBP100K.

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organizations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, with highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to attend pre-arranged B2B appointments.

The ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment booker, who provides an average of 15 qualified appointments per week, to sell a range of services mainly to SMEs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Attend sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner in a defined area.
• Adopt a consultative sales approach, providing clients with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy, and high-reward environment.

CANDIDATE

Our client seeks a strong Field Sales Consultant with:

• B2B field sales experience.
• Understanding of a consultative sales process.
• Confidence in value-based selling.
• Experience selling to SMEs.
• Good closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location

This role is commutable from Maidstone, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Ashford, Canterbury, Whitstable, Dover, Folkestone.
