A quick look at the role
The Field Service Executive will manage, develop, and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver profitable revenue growth for the SME division. The role comes with an uncapped bonus (£12K OTE) and a company car.
Your core responsibilities
- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, sales presentations, proposal solutions, negotiation, closing, and handover to the operations team.
- Create and present tailored commercial offerings to potential clients.
- Respond to tenders and requests for information promptly.
- Report calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
- Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly personal performance reports.
- Liaise regularly with the Depot Manager and Regional General Manager to determine sales roll-out strategies within the region.
Our essential requirements
- Proven track record of delivering new business sales and generating a sales pipeline.
- Existing network of business contacts and a strong understanding of market research.
- Confident in using business software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
