Field Based Sales Associate - Pharmaceutical Company

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as Commercial Support - Back Office & Field Service. In this hybrid role, you will support both the Sales and Customer Service teams through administrative tasks and direct customer interaction. You'll be the first point of contact for hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions-managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing aftersales support. You'll also visit customers in the field to advise them on our innovative radiopharmaceutical products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Service teams
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct field visits to offer product support and advice
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin (healthcare or pharma experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and visiting clients
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• Valid driver's license
