Field Quality Lead - Electronics & Supplier Quality

Fairphone is seeking a Field Quality Manager to lead supplier quality across our audio and smartphone hardware, coordinating with Global Operations.

You will manage field failure data, drive continuous improvements with suppliers, and translate real-world trends into preventive actions, in close collaboration with Amsterdam HQ.

The role requires strong on the ground autonomy in China and seamless remote alignment with the team abroad, reporting into the Quality Operations team.
