Job Description
Field Quality Assurance Specialist, Country Aces and Quality Team

Start Date: The starting date for this position is planned for August 15, 2025.

Operations is the heart of everything Amazon does. As a member of the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) and Quality team, you will solve complex challenges and contribute to optimizing delivery station operations by providing the necessary knowledge and tools to improve performance. Your goal is to identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions for various customer experience initiatives, enhancing Amazon's ability to deliver directly to customers through its network of third-party vendors.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Complete daily routines related to address data quality to improve delivery quality.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
  3. Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
  4. Use logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Communicate any quality problems or concerns impacting the customer experience.
  6. Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.

About the team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles 'last mile' delivery in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We employ creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of products to customers. Our goal is to make delivery experiences as smooth as possible and to implement global delivery solutions for concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

Our operations are split into two sides: the 'under the roof' team, which processes products for dispatch, and the 'on the road' team, which works with Amazon Flex delivery contractors. We focus on operations with 24/7 shifts and are committed to innovation, including the use of electric vehicles and technology to reduce our carbon footprint.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced proficiency in German, both written and verbal (C1 CEFR)
  • Relevant experience with data analytics and metrics to identify problems
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Customer service skills for effective communication with partners
  • Experience with transportation management systems
  • Parcel delivery experience and market/geographic expertise
