Field Property Inspector & Inventory Specialist

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Management External Associate to carry out inspections, inventories, and tenancy appointments across Lincoln and Peterborough. You will work independently with a supportive team to protect landlord assets and ensure compliant, well-managed homes.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, experience in property/lettings or related field, and strong organisation. Full-time hours include occasional Saturdays and a company car.
