Field HR Manager: Multi-School Trust Partner

The White Horse Federation is seeking a confident Field HR Manager to join our collaborative Field HR Team, working closely with the Senior Field HR Manager to deliver expert employee relations support across our multi academy trust.

You will partner with Headteachers and senior leaders, advise on employment legislation and Trust policies, manage absence and other employee relations matters, and contribute to payroll, recruitment and cross site HR projects.
