The role and what you'll be doing daily:Littlefish is looking for a Field Engineer Team Leader to join our team in North West London.
As a Field Engineer Team Leader, you will provide effective onsite and remote technical support to Littlefish's contracted customers for hardware, software, mobile, and print issues. Your responsibilities will include device builds, hardware installations, basic network/server troubleshooting, and administration. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:- Demonstrated IT problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills within a team environment.
- Ability to share knowledge with less experienced team members.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure across technologies such as desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Apple OSX and iOS, deployment technologies SCCM/WSUS/MDT.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar technical role.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Willingness to travel around the UK.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
- Full clean driving license and access to personal vehicle.
