Field-Based Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a committed Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist for a field-based role across the United Kingdom. You will advocate for positive employment relationships and support initiatives in Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward.

The ideal candidate will manage escalated ER matters, collaborate with teams to enhance policies, and provide training to HR and management. This role requires a full, clean UK driving licence and the ability to travel.
