Field-Based Community Employment Specialist

Get Set UK is seeking a Community Employment Support Worker to assist individuals facing barriers to employment. This role involves managing a caseload and working face-to-face to build trust and confidence in participants.

As part of the Connect to Work programme, you'll travel across Hertfordshire to meet with participants and local employers. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a supportive role and a full UK driving licence.
